Common questions
WLTH is a non-custodial way to hold tokenised economic exposure to pre-IPO allocations. You buy Slices. Exit proceeds are paid in USDC.
What am I buying?
A Slice. It is not a registered share. The equity sits in a separate legal structure, and the Slice tracks that position 1:1.
Can I sell it?
You can list it when the fund terms allow. Someone else has to buy it. WLTH does not guarantee a bid and does not repurchase the Slice.
Who decides an exit?
Deal terms can let Slice holders vote on a liquidity opportunity. After an approved exit, your share of proceeds is paid in USDC, after fees.
What does it cost?
The usual minimum is $20. Carry is up to 20% of profits, not of the amount you put in. Marketplace trades can also have fees and royalties.
Do I need to be an accredited investor?
The product docs say U.S. accredited-investor status is not required for standard retail access where the product is offered. U.S., U.K., and other restricted persons are not eligible. Read the disclaimer.
Is there KYC?
KYC applies when you use fiat through a third-party provider.
Which network?
Base. You can use a WalletConnect wallet.
Where do the deals come from?
The source says partners buy the shares first, through brokers who work with founders, early holders, and venture funds, and place them in an SPV. Valuations shown in the app are indicative and can change.
If WLTH stops operating
The source says private positions sit in a structure separate from the operating company, and that an independent administrator would be appointed to keep records and handle distributions. Ownership is recorded on-chain and in legal registers.
