How it works
- What a Slice isA Slice is an ERC-721 on Base. It is economic exposure to a pre-IPO allocation, not a share of the company.
- Buying and selling SlicesHow to buy, sell, split, or gift a Slice. A sale needs a buyer and fund rules that allow a transfer.
- If a company listsAn IPO is not an automatic payout. Lock-ups, a sale, and a claim to USDC each have to happen.
