Audits and backing
Smart contracts used for Slices have been audited by Hacken. Each company page links to the proof-of-ownership document when one has been published.
Slices are ERC-721 tokens on Base. Payouts are in USDC. An audit is a review of the contracts. It is not a promise of profit or of a buyer for your Slice.

Personal data
The security notes say personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and that identifying fields in the database are salted. Analytics use Matomo. An account uses one email and at least one wallet. Two-factor authentication is offered as an extra step.
